Returns & Exchanges

At Hayabusa Fightwear, we are committed to your total satisfaction. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations or fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unused items within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is clean and has not been used in training.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
